After you read what I have to say you will not let anyone else but Morris and Dennys Transmission work on your transmission. This is my story. I have a 2007 Saturn Relay Van with 83000 miles. I started having trany issues so I got on the internet and Google transmission trouble in Janesville. A couple different places popped up. Dennys Transmission I thought had the best reviews. I drove the van down to have them take a look at the van. I never called. I walked in and Morris greeted me and asked if he could help. Told him my situation and he asked if I had the time so he could take it for a test drive. We went on a 15 minute drive. Lucky for me the van started doing exactly what I told him it was doing. We went back to the shop and he told me that he would call me in the afternoon with an estimate. A couple of hours later he called me with an amount and the time it was going to take. One question I had for Morris was how much was I going to pay for the test drive. He told me that they do not charge for test driving. Most places charge you 50.00 dollars but not Dennys. I had Morris schedule me in to have my van fixed. Now here is where Morris and Dennys Transmission stands above all other shops. Part way through the repair I received a call from Morris stating that they ran into some trouble. He explained that they were having trouble getting the bolts lose where the trany bolts to the frame. Morris explained that there was a lot of rust and they thought that the frame is going to rust thru. He told me that the frame was so far gone that they didn't think it was safe to drive. And to put a new transmission in was not the thing to do. So we stopped the repairs and they put it back together so I could get it home. Yes I did have to pay for the time he had into it but I didn't pay to have a new trany to have the van break a part driving down the road. The way I look at it Morris and Dennys Transmission put the safety of my family above them making money on installing a new trany. Now that is an honest and trustworthy shop that you would trust them to repair your car. I feel Morris saved my family from being in a bad accident. Morris I can't thank you enough for the professional service that you provide the Janesville community. If I ever have an issue with a transmission I will have Morris and Dennys Transmission do the work. Trust and honesty goes a long way in my book.
