Dr. Hull and his staff were beyond amazing. Twice in a matter of two weeks, they were able to schedule me within one day of calling them. I had a lot of pain and they made every attempt to see me within a 24hr notice. Not only that, but after having increased pain and nervousness a few days after a tooth extraction in Janesville, he worked me into his schedule while working down in Rockford within 3 hours of the phone call I made. Dr. Hull was patient and, despite being a busy dentist, stood next to me to answer every question I had without seeming rushed, and did so with a smile. He trusted me in my tooth issues, pain level and course of action to take. I had two slight changes in the last minute and he was more than accommodating, helpful and polite. It had been years since I went to the dentist out of fear and bad experiences while younger, but Dr. Hull and his staff completely changed that for me. I will recommend him to as many people as I possibly can!! Thank you Dr. Hull!!

I had a full mouth graft done, which was pretty scary. From start to finish, my experience was great. Everyone explained everything that was going to happen. My biggest concern was that I would wake up and feel something. I did not wake up or feel a thing throughout the whole 3 1/2 hour surgery. The staff was very informative and comforting. I received a personal phone call from the Dr. the next day checking in on me, which was awesome!! On top of the great service, the graft turned out perfect!!
Dr. Brandon Hull and his staff were outstanding! I have had several very successful implants and cosmetic surgeries done by him. The first time I was sedated but I have had 2 implants done with local anesthetic only and it went so smoothly!

I was very nervous about having an implant. Dr Hull was very thorough with his examination and information. On the day of my procedure he knew I was still nervous and he was wonderful. The procedure went well . Dr Hull took the time to reassure and answer all questions or concerns that I had. I felt very safe and comfortable having him do the procedure. Also , his staff are very warm and welcoming when you come into the office; this is very important ; it lets one know what the rest of the visit will be like. I would recommend Dr Hull to anyone .
Been over a year and still not received a clear-cut answer from the staff on my questions, after a few calls. Twice within the last year the staff said they would call me back and they never did, two more times they called back and gave me no clear answer or explanation on whether or not I could get my procedure done, steps to take, etc.. Due to a worsening dental condition and pain that will only get worse I really need to get this procedure done and unfortunately will need to look elsewhere. I think it's wrong how they responded and acted toward me - just to let someone suffer like this and act and respond like this person's pain and suffering means nothing to them. There has to be an oral surgeon and staff who have more morals and compassion than these people do.
