My first review had a very low rating due to the rather large inconvenience cause by an inaccurate number listed by Google. I have since called another location, been transferred and verified to correct store number. Received prompt and kind service.
While this sears is in a basically failing mall, the prices and sales on their mattresses is awesome. Seems to be understaffed in many departments, and has a very young staff that don't seem to have any soft-skills. Still a good place to drop by for price comparisons.

I called looking for a hard to find electronic item. The person named Debbie in electronics answered and was very rude right out of the gate. They didn't have what I was looking for, so I sat "OK, thank you", and she just hangs up. No pleasantries or manners at all.
