My 87 year old grandmother's air conditioning died on a very hot day. I called Quigley Smart and they arrived quickly and repaired the AC in less than one hour. It was very inexpensive and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the technician named Tim. I highly recommend Quigley Smart.
Very disappointed, would NOT recommend Quigley-Smart! We had a repairman from Quigley-Smart come out to look at our water heater earlier this week because it had stopped working. The repairman looked at the unit and after some investigation found what the issue was. He informed us that the part we needed was not one that they had in stock, but they'd order it. The next day he called to inform us that none of their distributors carried that part, it was discontinued. (First, why did he wait until the next day to find this out?!). We then asked, "now what?" His response, well, you can see if you can find it on Ebay, if not, then you'll just need to buy a new water heater. We asked why he wasn't doing more research on our behalf to find the part since we aren't familiar with it. He then proceeded to tell us it's his job was to only check with their distributors and that's it. Unbelievable!! Obviously, customer service is not a priority, selling us a new water heater was, though. We called another plumbing company, E&D Water Works, and they were VERY helpful, they immediately informed us of a conversion kit we could buy to fix the issue, ordered the part right away, and offered to help us install it on our own so we could save some money. OUTSTANDING company and service at E&D! We find it funny that the repairman from Quigley-Smart NEVER mentioned a conversion kit being available (which, by the way, was VERY cheap and FIXED the problem), all he told us was the part was no longer available and that we'd just need to replace the water if we couldn't manage to find the discontinued part on our own. We are beyond disappointed in Quigley-Smart, and would NEVER recommend, or use the again, them as it's very apparent that integrity and customer service are non-existant there.
I called mid morning to schedule air conditioner repair. I connected immediately with an employee who scheduled me for 2 pm same day. Technician was prompt and professional. In less than a half hour we were up and running!
My water heater died on a Friday morning and I had a new one installed same day. Prompt service, excellent customer service, all of my questions were answered, very professional. Thank you! I will be recommending you as well as utilizing your services in the future. Top notch!
