Because I the best Time of all is because they have the best employees and chunky cheese. And the they have the best games for kids and adults to play

This review is only getting 3 because it's averaged out from great service from Issac, and the disgusting service I experienced from the GM Brandon. If it weren't for Issac redeeming the embarrassing behavior of this GM, 1 star would be too much. I cannot stand this place but I endure it for my child occasionally. This will be my last encounter. The GM ensured this. Learn some acceptable customer service. Eye rolling, acting superior and being an all around condescending jerk? He must love his job! I get it I don't like going to Chuck E's either! But really! #Issacneedsapromotion
