Ordered a few Warhammer 40K books from both the website and eBay, and was very impressed with the turn-around. First book I ordered was at my Illinois residence in less than 3 business days, and that was with regular ground shipping. Immaculate packaging and delivery.
And seeing how the shop owner is capable of getting these books in hardcover (which is almost exclusive to the United Kingdom), I will no doubt continue doing business with them. An excellent service.

The best place to get games. Period. A used game that I had bought was missing pieces and they sent them immeadiatly. (Fun to visit the store as well)

Flat FedEx shipping cost ($9.95) for whatever the amount of games you order can't be beat and the prices of the games are very often cheaper than the other "big" places. And you know what, if one game happens to be maybe $10 or so more I don't even think about it I order from this store because I know that the service surpasses any other store. Just place an order and you will see by yourself !
That one knucklehead chose to leave a negative review on a quality local business about an offer for cards that he actually accepted would be comedic if it wasn't so unnerving. Nothing like one of these youngsters that couldn't understand why his $100 card wasn't worth $95 from a brick & mortar retail store that may or may not ever sell that item. I guess if you're in a position where you need to sell cards to pay the bills that tells you what you need to know regarding someone's sense of priority.
