They told me my kitten had to have surgery and they were charging me over 2k for the surgery and they werent understanding or caring. They were very cold.

Spent 2. 5 hours and almost $400 to learn that the only diagnostic test run were x-rays and my dog is still very ill. I now have to pay another vet to completely check her out which I feel is the very least that should have been done at her visit. Super frustrated and out $400
Last night we drove to Janesville to bring in our rabbit who seemed to have red pee and who wasn't eating. They did some tests and said he had a UTI and sent us home with a 300 dollar bill and multiple medications. They said he would recover in about a week; however he died that night. I'm so upset that they said he would be okay but he was heavily sedated after going to the vet and had diarrhea. Even though I called to question about the diarrhea they said just to call back in 36 hours if he wasn't better. Great help thanks a lot. He didn't even make it 8 hours.
I just wanted to take the time tonight to thank everyone who helped us with our dog Stormy. We were so very worried about what was going on with her tonight and even though the diagnosis of "diabetes" was hard, we at least know now. Thank you for being gentle with our shy, sweet girl. We appreciate how you all took time to make sure we know what we are doing and made us feel much more comfortable. Thank you so very much!
This is my testimony: exceptional care, very empathetic staff HOWEVER I wish there was more time to come up with funds. After draining almost $3,000 from my bank account, I was unable to fork up the $10,000+ estimate to further treat my beloved Breesy. I feel like if I had more time, I could have come up with funds (sold my car, got an approved loan on that Monday, etc) and not deal with the everlasting guilt of “what if I just had the money” I don’t know if I will ever forgive myself for not having the money and having to make the choice to euthanize my dog in what seemed like a split second.
