Love the furniture so many choices if they dont have it they will get it. The staff is not very friendly. Very short with u if u ask questions. Make u feel like ur bothering them
Went into the store looked around for like 1/2 hour finally was helped after we were called the lost customers or the missing customers then we showed Cindy what we were looking for and she was able to find it in a catalog of the company . She said she couldnt get us a price cuz she couldnt find a price guide . So she said she would call us the next day at 10 am well that time came and went so I called at 11:30 and was told Cindy was with another guest so she would call me back and 12:30 came around so I called again and well she took another customer . So I never did get a price and decided to go with one of their competitors even if it means paying more money for the product . I am also in sales and if we did this we would be out of a job and I am more then willing to tell everyone I know not to shop them because the customer service sucks . I also told them the price they had to beat making it real easy for them wow how much more easy can it get ?
As nearly every other review has stated, VERY big customer service issues. Owner treated me like I was a thief because of a pricing issue he personally offered me. I did not argue for a price, I did not become unruly. The literal sentence I said was, "I do not feel comfortable paying sticker price" (because everyone knows, you don't)... This escalated up to an embarrassing scene from the manager and one of their sales women ending with her storming off and bad mouthing me to another employee (next to my family that I arranged to help move the couch). Not a smart move to do in front of other potential customers that you have not pissed off yet. I regretfully sucked it up as we made up our mind on this couch and made the purchase with the extremely polite woman that I originally spoke with. During this transaction, I could see the other sales woman bad mouthing behind my back throughout the entire purchase. Wow! I'm sure this woman is just an unhappy person (which is okay) but you sales is not the job for you. The owner was very unapologetic through and through. I have made it a point to warn coworkers, family and friends about this embarrassment of a local business and will continue to do so.

Bought a couch, what was delivered wasn't what was in the showroom, sales manager said no return policy.
Well first off if I could give negative stars I would but unfortunately I can't. Coming into this store was very pleasant. The sales lady Cindy who we dealt with was amazing and very friendly. She gave us space to look around and answered all of our questions and helped us pick out the perfect bunk beds as a gift for my nephews and sister. She gets a five star rating from me. The negative rating is for the treatment after purchase. We were told our bunk beds would take at least 4 weeks to be delivered maybe longer. That part I'm okay with. It's been over 4 weeks now and we have called to check on the status. They have told my sister they will get back to her in a few hours. But still no call backs. Now every time we call we get a rude manager or customer representative on the phone who yells at us and states she doesn't have time to deal with us then immediately hangs up on us. There is no call to act that way toward anyone especially to someone who has payed a lot of money on a expensive piece of furniture. I'm to the point of canceling this item and ordering something online elsewhere. Since I have not received the furniture yet.
