Everyone is extremely friendly like family and the atmosphere is very positive and fun.
Phenomenal salon with a fantastic group of people working there. I've been coming here for years and have always received exceptional service. One of the benefits is that this is a full service salon so my family and I have used pretty much all of their services. I travel frequently and things can get hectic with my schedule but they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to try and accommodate my schedule. I'm obviously a big fan and have recommended numerous people and all have been thankful for the recommendation.
Also, I really love the fact that I get on an average about 5 complements a day when I am out and about around the the country and world.
I'm happy that that customers seem to be happy with the services offered. I am NOT happy with their customer service though. I bought a gift card over the phone to surprise my friend w/ a spa package. I asked the person processing the transaction to SPECIFICALLY indicate clearly what the gift card was intended for. She wrote down a message that I wanted included, but did NOT write down what I wanted the gift card intended for. Called salon to try and rectify the error. Their response? "We can't stop a customer from using the gift card on any service they want to use it for. That wouldn't really be fair to the customer." Ummm... how about it's not fair to me that they screwed up the intention and would not even bother to see the simple logic and try to rectify their screw-up!! Whatever you do, don't buy a gift card online or over the phone if they are NOT going to mark down what the gift card was intended for. If the company I work for did the same, we'd do everything in our power to make the purchaser satisfied. If we didn't, we'd go out out of business. Not a good business model Bellasazi, not good at all.

Emily always does a great job with the cut and color on my difficult to cut hair. In the past I have fired so many hair stylist because they don't know how to work with my very straight hair. She understands what I can and can't do with all my cowlicks.
I would recommend this place. I have been there for hair and wax services and have always had stellar seevices.
