My experience at Ulta was amazing! I love how everyone is always willing to help you. I highly recommend Ulta because of their staff and products.

I love this store and the customer service is fantastic!! Sadly, there are never enough employees at the registers and the lines are always really long. I hope more staff is hired for the holidays. I hate to see brick and mortar stores go out of business because of online shopping but it’s always easier than having 10 people in line ahead of you and 1 cashier.
I'm really happy that Janesville finally has a major beauty store like Ulta! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Anything beauty related you can find here at a variety of prices. There's nothing bad I can say about the store!
