I have an ESQ (expensive for me) watch that my 3 sons went in on and bought for me. I probably had it for 5 years when it stopped. I took it to a department store that had a jewelry dept. to have the battery changed. They had a major problem getting the old battery out, and the new one didn't fix the watch. Jared jewelrys estimate was $230, (after sending it in to a repair facility).
I will most definitly recommend this store to family and friends
