Pretty much quick and easy
I was In AND OUT in 23 total mimutes for getting my occupational license. The sheet i got about it prior to going in said expect for it to take up to 2 hours, so I was very impressed. Very nice staff answered all my questions, and helped me fix a couple errors I made while filling out my paperwork while waiting before. Compared to 2011 when I was in there it was even better- that visit would have gotten a 4/5. This visit a full 5/5 rating.
I have used this station for over 20 years and have always been greeted politely, courtesly, and have always received great service. Thank you and keep up the great job that you do.
Stopped in there today and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. Lisa helped with the title transfer on my mobile home and was very friendly, even joking back and forth with me. Wait times were reasonable, about 15 minutes to be serviced. I live in Illinois and my trips to the DMV there have all been unpleasant, aggravating, and rude service resulted. My experience in Janesville was great!
