Very comfortable. Very accommodating, we had a room on the second floor and they graciously moved us to a room on the first floor, when I told the I had trouble with stairs. Will definitely stay again. Will glady recommend to friends.
Overall this is a very nice place. Clean, and updated. Very nice staff. Rooms are a bit dated but but kept up well. Room Was comfortable and clean and has all the amenities needed to make you feel comfortable like being home. TV refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker all in rooms. The breakfast is a contennental but still good none the less. I recommend this place over others in the area, which are drastically over priced!
The staff went over and beyond to accommodate my needs. The continental breakfast was fresh and good. The bed was so comfortable.
Handicap accessibility is horrible. I am in a wheelchair and reserved a handicap accessible room directly with hotel, asking that the reservation be marked so that I couldn't be moved to another room. When I arrived I was told there were no handicap rooms available and I had been moved to a regular room. After much discussion with the clerk and the manager, I was given the handicap room that someone else had reserved, without their permission, inconveniencing them too. The room I did get was too small to be a handicap room. I could barely get to one side of the bed with my wheelchair, and couldn't get to the other side at all. I would NOT recommend this hotel, and will never stay there again myself.
Very clean and comfortable rooms, beds are wonderfully comfortable. Staff was great and the breakfast had several options. Very pleased with my decision to stay here. I will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that Google maps had difficulty getting me here since it's on an access road off the main road.
