By far, my favorite Avis.
I called, they said they would call me back in a few minutes. No call. I call back two hours later and another associate answers. I explain that I had called earlier- no one called back. Her reply "can I call you back in 5 minutes." NO ONE FREAKING CALLED ME BACK! Wouldn't go here for sure! They Obviously don't need the money.
I needed a last minute rental and the two guys that work there helped me out and found me a great price. Affordable rentals with great customer service.. I wont go anywhere other than Avis in Janesville for a rental. I don't know what that other review is talking about because there is only two employees at Avis in Janesville and they are both MALE.
I was very pleased with the service and selection of rental cars from the Janesville Avis car rental agency. They put me in to a Ford hybrid that got up to 46 mpg!
