The rental process was initiated online but when I went to pick up the vehicle, the agent walked me through an upgrade for only a few dollars more which made the trip much more comfortable for the family. I would definitely return to Budget!

After my family was hit by a distracted driver who blew a red light, we needed a rental to get us by for a few weeks. We went to Enterprise in Janesville first to get a quote; the staff seemed a little unorganized and less than helpful. I'm glad we made the drive over to Budget. Drew really went above and beyond to get our family in a rental for a fair price, he beat the competitor price. He even helped me by faxing the reciepts over to the insurance company. It's nice to have someone who cared especially at such a hard time for us. I can't recommend them enough.
