I love rue21 from their staff to their sales. All of the summer stuff drives me insane! I'm here and there taking stuff from the racks. I love how nice the staff is to the customers.

Shopping at Rue 21 is like gambling. You never know what price your stuff will ring up as! Will it be higher than the tag price? Lower!? Will the tag say $20 but be on a $3 rack? Will this happen with 3 out of the 4 items you bring up to the register every time!?
