Fitting was great, single check out line and the woman checking out horrible! She was a rude and very slow!!
Super slow cashiers. Customers worried about a couple dollars so girls at checkout are tied up on the phone. This is Victoria's Secret for cripes sakes! It's supposed to be expensive and overpriced! Bra fittings are inaccurate! How can my bra size stay the same after losing 60 pounds????
Store has an ok selection. Wish they would have more people checking.
Last time I purchased a bra was 3 years ago...I had lost a child a gained a desk job and had gained about 40#, so going in last night was hard, as I was very self-conscious. I had Phoebe help me with a fitting and she immediately put me at ease. She did a fitting, helped me with the purchase, and was so kind to my daughter, of whom was also with me. I was blown away by her professionalism, her marketing, and her approach. I left with a set I am excited for and an experience I will not forget. Thank you!! :)
