Lots of unique items ,but on the more expensive side
I ordered the women's snowboarding package from zumiez online and received two DIFFERENT styles of bindings in one box, and was missing my snowboard hardware that was supposed to come with the board. Called customer service and the representative was laughing and talking to other people while I was trying to get this resolved. Very unprofessional. At the end of all this, they couldn't replace my bindings because they said they no longer carried that style and I had to return them. As for the board, they said my board was no longer in stock and I'd have to return my board and get a different one. If I could, I'd give Zumiez 0/5 stars for mispackaging their products, a long time on delivery, and mediocre customer service.
