Very clean and well stocked even after a very busy black Friday weekend. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Very well managed!
The cashier didn't know what to do when I gave him coupons to scan. But other than that everything is easy to find and is convenient.
Get dog vaccine there every year. Stock up on nuts and freeze. Have good sales. Got a 6 year battery that is still powering on.
The auto service department told me I needed a new battery and quoted me several prices. I then took them to the battery was one of theirs and still under warranty. They then prorated my battery and gave me $7 off a new battery. So much for their warranty. They charged me me $125 for a battery on the shelf in the store only cost $95. They even charged me $10 to install it without even telling me. I would have done that myself with my tools in the trunk. Even the manager couldn't explain the math. So much for supporting a Wisconsin company. I will never spend any of my money in this store again!
I went to F&F yesterday after hearing on WJVL that Carhart sweatshirts were on sale. The sales girl on the floor did not know about it. The checkout girl said sale price was not on register on the 2 hooded sweatshirts I picked out. Then I asked a manager in the office and he and another manager found the sweatshirts on sale in your flyer. 3 day sale did not apply to HOODED sweatshirts. Congrats to your bait and switch marketing tesm, you made a sale. Can't wait to check out Mills from a long time customer.
