Hearing him verbally abuse and berate staff - via phone and in person, watching him make fun of "stupid" customers after they leave, and of course his totally lacking customer service skills - partnered with an apathetic and non caring owner - makes this a place I will never spend another dime in, as well as going out of my way to let everyone I know why.
This "neo army Marxist wannabe" is also responsible for several step children - and based on how he handles adults and teenagers - I would fervently hope the Janesville Police Department & Social Services would thoroughly investigate his person and home environment.
