I love the store, the tools and the prices but have had the worst costumer service every time I have been in the store. Tonight was so bad, i tossed the tools that I had in my hands on a shelf and walked out :(
Went there to buy a tool box. All three of the ones we were interested in had tags to take up to the register if you were interested in the
Item. All 3 were sold out. Why were there purchase tags on the item if there are none available? Will probly continue to buy general tools there for the price, but we ended up going across the street to farm and fleet for a tool box.
Inexpensive tools of questionable quality. If you don't use your tools in a serious application they might last
